By creating an account or purchasing a trail on Almost Heaven X, you agree to these terms.

Your purchase

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the trail's GPX files for your own off-road and overland use, including lifetime access to future updates of that trail.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the GPX files or the precise route data. Routes are provided for navigation reference only.

Ride responsibly

Trail conditions change. You are responsible for your own safety, for confirming legal access and land status, and for obeying all local laws and closures. Trails are provided "as is" without warranty.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
