Refund Policy

Trails are digital products delivered instantly. Because you can download the GPX files immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

When we'll make it right

If a file is corrupted, the route is materially wrong, or you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review your purchase and issue a refund where appropriate. Refunds are processed manually through Stripe to your original payment method.

Lifetime updates

Every purchase includes lifetime access and free updates to that trail, so you never need to re-buy a route you already own.
